Welcome to the Spring 2010 Semester :-)
Hi, I'm Tom, and welcome to my teaching web portal. From this page, you can click on the links at right to your appropriate class web site.
Certain class sites may be secure, requiring a password and log in, and are for currently enrolled students only. Other parts of the website are open to all. My office location and hours are here.
Let’s learn, and have fun doing it. Our goal, to learn good design and create work that communicates and inspires. If you don't know me, you'll soon find out I don't take myself too seriously, but I take my teaching duties seriously. I want you to learn.
The Graphic Communication faculty is a culturally and experientially diverse group of designers and thinkers. We believe that design is an exciting and muscular means to communicate, to enable, and to create positive change in our world.
We strive to make a difference in the lives of all students and faculty by empowering them to embrace design as a means for meeting the personal, social, economic and political challenges facing our community.
Hope for Haiti Now: If you can, help out with a financial donation to help out one of our neighbors in their time of need.
GCOM@SCC has adopted The Designers Accord.
